We aim to make the recruitment process as fast, efficient and stress free as possible. We spend time understanding both our clients and candidates requirements therefore ensuring that you only interview candidates who have the relevant skills, experience and salary expectations.

Our service includes the supply of both temporary and permanent, Nannies, Mothers helps and Maternity Nurses.

Our screening Process

We insist that all our nannies are either qualified or have a minimum of two years relevant experience. All sole charge nannies will aged 23 years or over.

We ask all our nannies to undergo an enhanced disclosure (police check) and paediatric first aid course. Both can be arranged through Tigerlily Childcare.

As corporate member of The Recruitment and Employment Confederation we adhere to a strict guideline on the recruitment of childcare staff. All our candidates are personally interview by a childcare consultant. We discuss each candidates experience and work history in detail gaining valuable information on their work suitability. We check certificates and gain references from their previous employers.
